Though many people find that antiperspirants, Botox injections, a combined effect of these hyperhidrosis treatments (or those combined with oral medications) is sufficient to manage even the most serious case of excessive sweating in the underarms, there are those who seek a surgical approach to the treatment of their axillary hyperhidrosis. Underarm surgical procedures include excision, regeneration, liposuction, and laser surgery. Sweat glands can be cut out during excision. Likewise, they can be scratched out during the curettage.
